We can not explain the dire need of donations. Since we are an independent rescue, we do not receive government funding. We run 100% solely off of the donations from our community. We spend at least a minimum of $150 for every single kitten that comes through our doors, just in primary routine medical care.

Then we also have to buy food, litter, formula, enrichment items, cleaning supplies, blankets, beds, bottles, bowls, scratchers, treats, and the list goes on. Yes, we do charge an adoption fee, but that is just a percentage of what we spend on these animals, and we do not profit off of adoption fee’s or donations.

Most kittens/cats need additional medical care then just the routine spay/neuter, exam, vaccines, deworming, microchipping ,& felv testing. Such as fecal tests, antibiotics, dentals, xrays, vet stays, and the list continues to go on.
